I absolutely adored the beautiful and historic decor of the hotel. The old-world charm and elegant furnishings made me feel like I had stepped back in time. The general areas of the hotel were well-maintained and kept clean, which was important for me as a senior woman. The hotel's accessibility was also exceptional, with easy access to elevators and well-lit hallways, making it convenient for me to get around.

I would ask for more assistance from the staff. As a senior woman, I would have appreciated a bit more attention and help from the children working there, especially in terms of carrying my luggage or offering assistance with directions.

Stayed in a super ancient building with a charming garden view, just a few minutes' walk from the Colosseum. Loved having a seating area and kitchenette. Wi-fi was perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at a large, well-located apartment close to the metro. The bedrooms were spacious, and I loved that two of them had king-size beds. The host was accommodating and even arranged transport from the airport for us. We felt secure in the apartment building and appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and other goodies provided. The proximity to the Colosseum and the metro made exploring the city easy. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable stay in Rome.

The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning worked efficiently. We were impressed by the soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful sleep.

The spacious and clean apartment had all the amenities we needed, and the newly renovated bathrooms and kitchen were a great bonus. We appreciated the convenience of having a food store and coffee shop nearby. The professional and readily available management team, especially Leonardo, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and assisted us in a stressful situation.

Tired apartment, needs modernization.

The room at Merulana Suite Apartment was absolutely amazing! I felt like I was in my own cozy little home. The kitchen was equipped with everything I needed to cook my own meals, and the four-poster bed in the bedroom was so dreamy. Plus, having two bathrooms was such a luxury!

Personally, I wasn't a big fan of the hairdryer provided. But hey, that's just my opinion.

The apartment was very spacious and had enough room for our group of 7. The facilities were fairly new and in good condition. The location was convenient, with a metro station and supermarkets nearby.

The walk to the metro station was a bit far and tiring, especially after a long day of sightseeing. the cleaning of the apartment could have been more thorough, as we found crumbs in the oven.
